The city of Atwater, Minnesota, located 80 miles west of the Twin Cities on Highway 12, is a small, friendly community which welcomes people with open arms. It has a public library, historical museum and a modern community center. Also, the city has several parks. Centennial Park, on the west side of town, contains a softball and Little League field, two volleyball courts, and a running track.
